Kennedy Stamps Pty Limited operates as a retail outlet. Therefore, all orders placed online will be confirmed via email. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, some orders cannot be fulfilled.

Overseas orders will be adjusted to compensate for tax-free export.

Postage & Handling

Postage and Handling is charged at cost. Postage will be added and the customer will be notified of the total cost order prior to packing.

Insurance and/or Registration is optional and is charged extra.

Returns/Refunds

Kennedy Stamps offers a conditional refund of 100% of the purchase price within 14 Days of receipt of delivery.

If you wish to request a refund for your purchase, please email refunds@kennedystamps.com.auwith your order information and a description of why you are requesting a refund.

Conditions:

• Change of mind returns are not accepted.
• Stock must be returned in original condition.
• Postage is not refundable.
